Seizure - Roger Hiorns

Roger Hiorns was commissioned in 2008 to produce an installation in an old abandoned council flat near Elephant and Castle in London. His piece involved filling the flat with 75,000 liters of a copper sulphate solution which was then drained two weeks later to reveal this magnificent carpet of crystals blanketing every surface in the flat with an eerie shimmering blue.
